Many firms now offer ediscovery services, as the cost to procure ediscovery tools could become prohibitive for smaller organisations and firms. Companies that are looking at a ediscovery solution should certainly look into firms that can perform this function on an outsourced basis. There a myriad of firms in the marketplace that offer the tools, but make sure that they are able to offer the correct support as well.
